High Wray is a large private house, built in 1923. It is located 1 and a half miles South of Farnham town centre, at the edge of the 30 mph speed limit, and looks out over beautiful countryside towards the hills around Hindhead.

The house is set in 2 acres of garden and woodland.

Rose Flat is accessible, it includes:

• Wheelchair Accessible Shower Room
• Grab Rails in Shower Room
• Bed rails available (one available)

There is level/ramped access into accommodation. There is limited space for right transfer to toilet.
